Kate started her real estate career as a buyer specialist and quickly became one of the top buyer’s agents on the South Shore. She has a passion for assisting soon-to-be-homeowners in making the best possible real estate decision they can for their individual situations. She makes it a point to do things a little differently than the traditional agent by going above and beyond for her clients. Now Kate splits her time between listing homes, helping clients find their new home, and supporting the showing assistant, buyer’s agent, and administrative team.
Kate started her career as a registered dietitian at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston after receiving her Master of Science degree from Boston University. This was an incredibly challenging role that greatly helped develop her negotiating skills and ability to handle high stress situations. She remained in that role until her first son was born and her family left Boston for the suburbs. She now lives in Pembroke with her husband Jim, two sons, AJ and Jackson, and dog, Lucy. When she isn’t spending time at her children’s sporting events, Kate enjoys long distance running.
