We had 9 offers after the first, and only, open house. They and their experienced team helped us get through the daunting process of getting everything ready to close. They stayed on top of everything for us. They also did a great job of showing us properties that met our needs and negotiated both our buyers and sellers like champs – which saved us a LOT of $!
