Wow! I cannot say enough about Ben and Kate! We had quiet a journey and it was amazing beginning to end. We were unsure we even wanted to list our house because it was the home my husband was born and raised in. Ben came to our home and gave us an honest and fair opinion on what it was worth. He gave us great advise and we trusted him instantly. He was willing to do whatever we wanted but always gave us great advise when we were unsure. He then sent an associate over to show us how to stage the house and then a photographer. The pictures were amazing. He listed our house on the 4th of July weekend and we had offers instantly full list offers. We were ready to accept but Ben told us to hold off because he felt there would be more and better offers. I was hesitant but trusted him. We had multiple offers and accepted 1 for $11,000 over asking! our house was listed and sold within 1 week!!! Then we had to find our new home and enter Julie! She showed us sooo many homes and was flexible with her schedule and took us back to homes more than once. We cannot thank her enough. Then we found it!!! Again Ben gave us advise about what we should offer and saved us thousands and we got our dream home at a great price. To say I would recommend Ben and Kate would be an understatement. I would say look no further if you want a team of dedicated, honest, trustworthy hardworking people that have your best interest at heart then Ben an Kate is the only way to go!
