Ben Perotta made my experience buying my condo very easy. I was extremely nervous buying my first home by myself as I recently was divorced and had no part in the decision making of the prior house. He made my experience less fearful and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. I felt very comfortable with Ben asking questions even when I thought they were “silly”.
