Ben and Kate were great. I couldn’t have asked for better agents. Ben was constantly in touch throughout the entire process. As a first time home buyer I had a ton of questions and he was always available to answer them. He also managed any issues with the bank and mortgage officer. Both Ben and Kate went out of their way to make sure the whole transaction went smoothly. I felt they definitely had my best interests in mind. They really knew the area well and had great recommendations for home inspectors and other resources. I got a great deal on the house and will definitely be calling Ben and Kate when it’s time to buy another home!
