| Ben and Kate were fantastic. They helped us through every step of what can be a long and anxiety ridden process of selling and buying a home simultaneously. From the beginning, they helped us look at properties that might best suit our family and gave us tips on what we should consider when looking. Once we got into the purchase and sale phase, there were a lot of things to do including the home inspection on both properties and the final preparations for the sale of our home. Again, they walked us through every step. If we needed other resources such as mortgage officers, septic inspectors, etc., they always had an excellent person for us to contact. They were wonderful!
