Kate and Ben, you absolutely exceeded our expectations from Day 1, we have already talked very highly of you both to neighbors, friends, etc. Ben, and thank you for the referral to Southfield, or as Nancy and I are calling it, “the base”, that is where we are calling home until we can find a house in Milton, hopefully this decade. We went with you because you were both by far the most professional in general but more specifically, the comps you used to get us to the listing price were well thought out and logical and your marketing plan was relevant to today’s technology and buyers.
